Initial Consultation Call
You can book a free 30-minute phone call to discuss your vision, preferences, and budget for the floral arrangements. This will help us better understand your needs and ensure everything aligns with your wedding theme.

Design Proposal
After the consultation, we will provide a bespoke design proposal, including mood boards and an itemised quote for your review. Adjustment can be made based on your feedback until you are completely satisfied.

Deposit
Once the design is approved, we will require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. A full refund of the deposit is available if at least two months’ notice of cancellation is provided.

Final Design Review
Closer to the wedding date, we will conduct a final design review to confirm all details and make any last-minute adjustments if necessary.

Payment & Execution
The remaining 50% balance will be due two weeks before the wedding. On the wedding day, we will take care of the delivery, setup, and removal of all floral arrangements according to the agreed-upon design.
